Saint John's organic milk offers exceptional nourishment and flavor, a healthy source of protein and minerals for your family.  In order to provide this nutritious milk for you, we graze our cows on large, open and diverse organic pastures, and feed rich organic alfalfa hay.  We do not feed our cows any corn, wheat or other grain. 

The result is milk that is pure and rich - high in Omega 3's, high in Vitamin E, high in conjugated linoleic acids (CLA's), lower in fat, and lower in cholesterol than conventional milk (conventional dairy cows are fed corn, wheat and other grains, and typically in a feedlot, which diminishes the nutritional value of the milk). 

• All of our feed is free of chemical pesticides, herbicides and commercial fertilizers. 
• Our cows receive natural health care, avoiding antibiotics, stimulants, and artificial hormones. 
• Our cows are never on a CAFO or feedlot.  We know the life history of each cow since we raise our own cows from new born to full grown. 
• All our milk is 100% organic, certified by the Idaho State Department of Agriculture.
• Our farm is a licensed grade A dairy. 
  
• Saint John's is licensed to sell raw milk by the Idaho Department of Agriculture. 
• To protect essential nutrients, this milk is not pasteurized. 
• Our milk is unique in its sweetness.  By original design the cream rises to the top.
